So of course it started with me trying to draw a Ford Explorer (THE Ford Explorer). The first one turned out to be a failure and was thus turned into a fort for a head. I scoured the internet for some reference which didn't help...much. I got around to drawing all four characters' faces with various expressions so hopefully they won't look like that all the time. On the bottom are the original sketches for the characters and you could probably match them up face for face (such startling similarities!). All around are some experiments with font types and I still can't figure out whether or not to stick with
Here's some characters for another, unrelated story about fruits. Still debating on what maturity rating their story should be. Any opinions?
Oh the shame. This was supposed to be an art sample for editorial cartoons on the Heights, our resident student newspaper. It was epic failure, and I got screwed by the Heights twice in a row.-Hope that's enough for now!
